If you are a member of the community with non-emergency concerns about the actions of a Stanford community member that you would like to report, please contact the University Compliance and Ethics Helpline. And, if you are a patient or family member of a patient  of Stanford Health Care with concerns about your care, please reach out to Patient Relations.
